No purchase of any kind is necessary to enter or win contest. A purchase will not improve chances of winning. The contest begins on February 12, 2007, and ends on March 19, 2007.
Open to Stylehive registered members only. You will receive one point for each member that opts to “follow” you during the contest time period. The person accumulating the most points on at 11:59pm on March 19, 2007 will win. If there is a tie for accumulated points the winner will be decided by random drawing.
Entries will be accepted beginning 12:00 am PST on February 12, 2007, and end 11:59 pm PST on March 19, 2007. One winner will be selected will be notified by e-mail by March 24, 2007. The winner has five business days to verify their mailing address and claim their prize. If winner does not respond within five business days, an alternate winner will be chosen.
The prize is a $600 gift certificate from Gumps.
For the name of winner: after March 24, 2007, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Stylehive Follow A Friend Contest, Stylehive, 695 Market Street, Suite 590, San Francisco, CA 94105.
Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at sponsors’ servers or elsewhere, will not be eligible. Sponsors in their sole discretion, reserve the right to disqualify any person suspected of tampering with the entry process, the operation of the website or otherwise in violation of the rules. Sponsors further reserve the right to cancel, terminate, or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or technical failures of any sort. All decisions of the judges are final. Income and other taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winners. Contest open to persons 18 years of age or older at the date of entry. Employees of sponsors, participating companies, and their immediate families are not eligible for these offers. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Prizes not transferable. No substitutions for prizes except by sponsors in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted. All entries become the property of sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned.
