Stylehive’s ‘The Hunt’ Contest Rules
No purchase of any kind is necessary to enter or win contest. A purchase will not improve chances of winning. The contest begins on November 16, 2009 and ends on November 20, 2009.
Open to Stylehive registered members only. Stylehive employees are not eligible to participate. To win you have to have the most popular bookmarks of the week from nike.com. Eligible bookmarks must contain a minimum of 2 tag words.
Each bookmark may win only once. Each item can win only once, and multiple bookmarks of the same item will not be counted. Each Stylehive member can win only one prize per contest, even if they have multiple bookmarks that win.
Bookmarks that contain content that conflicts with our Terms of Use may be disqualified and removed from the contest and/or the site.
Winners will be finalized based on bookmark results and notified by e-mail by November 27, 2009. The winner has 2 business days to verify their mailing address and claim their prize. If winner does not respond within 2 business days, an alternate winner will be chosen.

Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at sponsors’ servers or elsewhere, will not be eligible. Sponsors in their sole discretion, reserve the right to disqualify any person suspected of tampering with the entry process, the operation of the website or otherwise in violation of the rules Or to disqualify any entry bookmark that originates from another social shopping website or Spam site. Sponsors further reserve the right to cancel, terminate, or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or technical failures of any sort. In the event that 2 entries are tied for a winning slot, the entry that reached the greater number of saves first, will be declared the winner. All decisions of the judges are final. Income and other taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winners. Contest open to persons 18 years of age or older at the date of entry. Employees of sponsors, participating companies, and their immediate families are not eligible for these offers. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Prizes not transferable. No substitutions for prizes except by sponsors in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted. All entries become the property of sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned. Except where prohibited: (i) acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winners’ names and likenesses for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation; (ii) winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. Affidavits and releases must be returned within 30 days of attempted notification or an alternate winner may be chosen.
