Ask Niki: Are You Sad or Happy the Show Is Over?

The first season of Make Me A Supermodel has come to an end, and with that, the end of MMAS week on Stylehive. It was quite a journey for these 14 aspiring models as they battled it out to prove to us as well as the judges that they truly have what it takes. The world of modeling is notoriously a tough one- drawing upon that to create a compelling reality series? Outright brutal! So much so that host Niki Taylor couldn't help but empathize: "Talk about throwing these kids into it! I mean, a lot of stuff was for TV. In the real world of modeling, your agent or your booker would know your absolute "No's" and your "Yes's" - you absolutely choose if you want to do a sexual chemistry shoot or not. So this was definitely for the camera and I felt really bad for them a few times." I've interviewed her several times and she's almost unfathomably nice! The first thing that struck me when I met Niki Taylor yesterday was not how stunningly gorgeous she is in person (which was the second thing), but rather, the fact that she was wearing the Diane Von Fursterberg Cowl Neck Dress that I've had my eye on for months, the very same one you might recognize from one of our Holiday Party posts. Stylehive Gets Niki And Tyson To Dish on 'Make Me A Supermodel'!

If you took Survivor, America's Next Top Model, American Idol, and the Real World, put them all in a blender, I would imagine the result would closely resemble Bravo's latest reality competition series- Make Me a Supermodel (not to mention, be an absolute MUST WATCH). Hosted by Niki Taylor and Tyson Beckford, the show will follow 14 beautiful guys and girls (finally, a show with MALE models!), as they put their best face forward during a series of challenges designed to test their supermodel-potential. Borrowing a strategy from the American Idol playbook, this series places the fate of the contestants in the hands of the viewers, who will get the chance to vote each week either by phone, text message, or online at BravoTV.com to save their faves.
