My total body transformation has kicked into high gear. I am at the halfway point, and just this morning, I weighed in at 158.6 pounds! Which means I've lost 6 pounds in three weeks! But here's the thing, I've also gained a ton of muscle mass in my shoulders, back, and midsection, so my total weight loss is definitely even more than 6 pounds.
