Thakoon For Target Debuts December 28th- See The Lookbook Now!

Born in Thailand and raised in Omaha, Thakoon Panichgul has been a name to look out for since his New York debut in 2004. While he his fans include the likes of Rachel Bilson, Demi Moore and Sarah Jessica Parker, we mere mortals can get a piece of Thakoon too! His limited-edition collection for Target's GO International line comes out on December 28, 2008 online and at most Target stores nationwide. This collection is totally affordable (ranging from $16.99 - $44.99!) and features flutter sleeve tees, ruffled tanks, printed swimsuits, and belted shirtdresses. Spice Up Your Basics Like Rachel Bilson!

To celebrate her new Edie Rose for DKNY Jeans line in NYC, style-setter Rachel Bilson once again showed off her knack for fabulous style, rocking a look that was effortless and perfectly pulled together. With closet staples like black skinny jeans and a white tee as a foundation, Rachel finished the look with a few fabulous pieces- a sharp blazer, a splashy scarf, and studded booties- giving this minimal look a unique edge that brought the look to a whole new level of fabulousness! Celebrity Designer Obsession: Rebecca Minkoff

At age 26, handbag designer Rebecca Minkoff has achieved a level of acclaim and success that is the designer's equivalent to the American Dream, I mean, what greater validation is there for a designer than the knowledge that your handbags are on virtually every 'It Girl's' must-have list? While best known for her handbag collections, Rebecca actually started out as a clothing designer and it wasn't until her good friend, actress Jenna Elfman, asked her to design a bag for an upcoming movie that the 'morning after' bag was born. Word of mouth quickly spread about Rebecca's innovative handbags that combine fabulousness with functionality and she became an instant hit among regular women and celebrities alike, with an impressive list of A-list fans including style mavens like Sarah Jessica Parker, Nicole Richie, Lindsay Lohan, Lauren Conrad, Marissa Tomei, Hilary Duff, Cameron Diaz, Laura Prepon, Rachel Bilson, Vanessa Minnillo, and Catherine Bell just to name a few. Bag of the Week: The Juliana Jabour Drawstring Shoulder Bag

In keeping with last week's rant on fall merchandise hitting stores and online boutiques REALLY early, I've found yet another summer style that's on deep discount. This one is a delightful drawstring shoulder bag from Brazilian-based Juliana Jabour. The muted yellow hue is great for summer, but really can be enjoyed all year around. And, I'm totally feeling resurgence for drawstrings, as well as ultra long chain handles that have the bag sitting at or just below the hip. Come fall, you'll be seeing a ton of brands coming out with the long chain and leather handles on small purses or drawstrings handing at or bellow the hip. For inspiration think Chanel circa 1988 or Rachel Bilson circa now.
