Over the past few years I've noticed a pretty significant change in my views with regard to weather-appropriate footwear. "I need rain boots" has been replaced with "I want rain boots!" With so many styles out there, it's easy to see why! You can easily swap your usual leather boots for a rubber pair, meaning the rain doesn't stand a chance against your favorite winter outfits.
