Lightweight Scarves to Top Off Your Cold Weather Style

So the weather outside isn't quite frightful yet, and retailers are already dangling gorgeous scarves in front of our faces. As far as I'm concerned, you have two options: wear that big mushy scarf and sweat off your make-up before you get to work, or polish off your outfit with a lightweight scarf instead! Whether it's a solid in a gorgeous color, like Nordstrom's Cashmere Tissue-Weight Scarf or something with a fab pattern like this great Calero Wrap from Anthropologie, you're sure to find a great lightweight scarf that warms you up - just enough. And don't worry, it's-already-cold climate-dwellers, we've got some great cozy options coming soon! Check out our SLIDESHOW for plenty of scarf-tastic options!

Stay Warm And Stylish This Fall With A Scarflette

If you are beginning to feel the fall breezes kicking up, you may want to stock up on a selection of neckwarmers before things turn to too chilly. Here are a few of our favorites- each handmade by an independent designer. TickledPinkKnits has a gorgeous scarf knit from wool and bamboo, and she has a knitting pattern shop if you want to DIY your own scarflette. If you want a really artsy look, try Kthurm's Black with Dots Scarfini. Wendy's favorite is the Chocolate and Pearls Scarflette from Trickyknits. And if texture is what you are after, try Larimeloom's Seashells Handspun Handwoven Scarflette or the barley cowl from Ozetta. For a punch of color, try Homelab's Petrol and Black Collar or Jmaccknit's Blue Suede Cabled Choker. To see some cozy and stylish scarflettes, take a look at the slideshow!

Hermes on the Auction Block- Going, Going, Gone!

I've often joked that I'll know when I've met my soulmate because he'll propose with a vintage Birkin bag and not a diamond engagement ring. And if, like moi, you love all things Hermes, then you'll thoroughly enjoy the madcap adventures of Michael Tonello in his memoir Bringing Home the Birkin: My Life in Hot Pursuit of the World's Most Coveted Handbag. Then, when you're salivating for something Hermes to call your own, hustle on over to Artcurial's live eBay auction. Known as the foremost auction house in Paris, Artcurial now has hundreds of Hermes goodies on the auction block that will make any fashionista squeal with delight. But hurry up and place your absentee bid, because the hammer falls on November 7! Click on the slideshow to see my favorites.

Go Boho This Fall With Crochet!

Rich bohemian styles ruled the fall runways and they're back in a big way. They re-emerged this season with earthy printed skirts, floral blouses, layered sweaters and even crochet. Yes, you heard that right- crochet is back! From artsy-crafty meets rocker cool at Anna Sui and Miss Sixty to sexy seventies at Missoni and Gucci, these knits are anything but grannyish! Crochet bags, vest, and scarves are a perfect addition to your boho wardrobe this winter. Go all they way with a purple crochet dress with fringe by Anna Sui. Not ready to commit 100% to the boho style? Crochet accessories are for you. Just a hint of knit on necklace or hat, like the floppy felt hat with a crochet trimmed hat from Hat Attack will do that trick. Go with a little or a lot- either way you'll be feeling free as a bird in these haute-hippie looks. See the slideshow for some more crochet-eriffic styles!

Looking to spice up your style or mix up your mode? Meet Agaa_krk, a 17-year-old fashionista from Poland. Agaa_krk describes her style as "mixed" and she has been mixing it up on StyleDiary for quite some time! Style Steal: Get Georgia Jagger's Rockin' Look!

Georgia Jagger certainly held up the family name at the Home of Alfred Dunhill Store Launch Party with her rockstar-chic look. Model, fashionista, and daughter of legendary rocker Mick Jagger, Georgia always has a look that's hip and fun, but stays true to her rock n' roll roots. Keeping it cool, casual, and feminine, Georgia effortlessly donned a carefree white cotton mini, but as always, she kicked it up notch with rockstar accessories. To maintain her edge, Georgia paired the white basic with shiny and sleek black leggings that demand attention whether she's walking on stage, on the catwalk, or just down the street! To add a little punk to her rock, she cinched a black grommet belt at the waist and stayed warm with a plaid jacket. To top it off, she completed her look with a playful bowler hat. Georgia obviously inherited Mick's style gene and you can too! The Hive has all the pieces to create your own rockin' style. Check out my slideshow to get this rock n' roll inspired look!
